how do I ad an avatar?

Obtain your pic and save to computer. Using a photo editor change the size to 80*80 pixels and save to an easy to find location like your desktop.

Go into "View Account" and click on "Avatar".

Click on the browse button till you find your pick on your compter. It will then be uploaded to the CC server.

If you have no capability to alter the pic...send it to me and i'll reduce it to the right dimensions and e-mail back.

What file types are allowed? Are jpegs? Are bitmaps? Are gifs?

Try going with the jpegs.

I tried to upload a jpeg that's 52 by 32 and 1.39 KB. It then said, "Unknown filetype rejected
MIME type not allowed: image/pjpeg."

Then I tried a bitmap that's 52 by 32 and 4.92 KB. It then said, "MIME type not allowed: image/bmp"

Next I tired a gif that's 52 by 32 and 1.62 KB. It then said, "Unknown filetype rejected
MIME type not allowed: image/gif"
