Attaching Files

I cant figure out the file attachment process.

On some threads you can and on others you cant.

I presume their ia a simple explanation to all this.

We only allow attachments in some threads (like share the knowledge), where it's about showing a book, article, etc.

We only have limited space, so we don't want to run the risk of too many files.
