The link listed here is to the report Donald Friedman obtained via a FOIA from the US Army regarding the effects of microwaves.

It's an interesting report as it speaks of microwave heating of the body as well voice to skull transmissions.

I have not read it all, but it is potentially very important to our lawsuit.
